Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are located within the European Union, please read the EU Consumers section below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Valve in its non-depressed state: nib dry with no paint in it) It must also be in the original packaging when applicable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase sent to sales@industrialmarkingpens.com along with your issue. We reserve the right to refuse the return based on the criteria expressed here. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without obtaining written approval of return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@industrialmarkingpens.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@industrialmarkingpens.com and, after written approval, send your item to: 158 West Forest Ave Englewood New Jersey US 07631.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 158 West Forest Ave Englewood New Jersey US 07631
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving any reason. This 14-day right of withdrawal applies in addition to, and does not limit, our standard 30-day return policy.
During the withdrawal period, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If goods are handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, we agree otherwise, or we are required by law to cover the cost. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or otherwise required by law.
EU Withdrawal Refunds
We will refund eligible payments within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned.
For EU withdrawals, we will refund eligible payments including the standard outbound delivery cost where required by law. We do not refund additional costs for upgraded or expedited shipping selected by the customer, except where required by law.
